No. Nord Sud Casa Vacanza does not collect payments on behalf of hosts.
All transactions are made directly between the guest and the host via PayPal, Skrill, or bank transfer.
Therefore, the platform is not a tax withholding agent and does not apply any 26% tax deduction, unlike other intermediaries such as Airbnb or Booking.com.
Every host remains responsible for declaring their rental income in accordance with Italian law.

Please note that all payments between the host and guest are always agreed upon between them. The portal (Nord Sud Casa Vacanza) does not act as a financial intermediary like platforms such as Booking or Airbnb, and is therefore never involved in the transaction.
